Joel Hollingsworth
Joel Hollingsworth grew up in Manhattan Beach, California, graduating from Robinson Elementary, Center Street Jr. High, Mira Costa High School, El Camino Jr. College, and California State University at Long Beach with a BS Degree in Business Administration. Two years later he received his MBA from CSULB. Besides starting and running his company, Joel Hollingsworth Construction, he also taught finance for nearly 10 years at El Camino College. This educational and financial background have allowed Joel to build one of the oldest and most successful construction companies in the South Bay.
Steve Witteman
Steve Witteman joined the company nearly 30 years ago. He is a long time resident of the South Bay and lives with his wife and three children in Redondo Beach. He attended evening classes in construction and soon moved up to become a superintendent in the company. Because of his hard work and expert knowledge of construction, he was given an ownership position in 2006. Steve became the President and CEO of the company in 2010 and the name was changed to Hollingsworth Witteman Construction, Inc.. With a keen eye for detail, Steve’s abilities have been instrumental in crafting some of the most beautiful homes in the South Bay.

Sandy Hansen
Sandy Hansen, a South Bay native, joined us in 2014 as our Office Manager. She currently handles the company’s computer data and bookkeeping, the business accounting, as well as the weekly billings and spreadsheet budgets for our clients. This allows our clients to keep a handle on their costs as their project progresses. Having a full time Office Manager insures that our clients who call will talk with a real person and not get a recorded message that may not get answered until days later. Her background in Landscape Architecture makes her the perfect fit for the job.
Jeremy Hollingsworth
Jeremy Hollingsworth started with our company in 1997. Jeremy currently lives with his wife of 19 years and their three children. In a short period he worked his way up from carpenter to construction superintendent and has successfully completed many projects for the company. Because of his people skills and construction abilities, he was promoted to Vice President of Construction in 2013. You will enjoy working with Jeremy on any project.
